Charges the battery
Charged the battery quite successfully, I can not judge whether it was fast or slow, it was a large capacity battery. There is a hinged guard over the connection pins, but this broke very easily, however I don't think it affects the charging operation. Compact, even though it requires an adaptor (supplied).

Light with several good features
Overall pleased so far, Its a step-up from my previous Hama and good value for money. On the down side I don't think the spirit level is quite accurate and its a bit difficult setting camera horizontally stable.
