Exciting but daunting

I have built several electric guitars, and followed several builds on YouTube. This is the most daunting, but also the most exciting, I have taken on, being built as close as possible to a replica of a real Gibson ES335 and I am looking forward to taking my time to build it properly, but I have another project to finish first. The figuring of the wood on the top face is striking, and would be a crying shame to paint over with a solid coat of lacquer. The binding on neck and body was a much appreciated bonus, not described in the blurb. The choice of other woods are appropriate. The instruction sheet was the most disappointing part, but there are plenty of open resources available. The componentry may not be of the best, but it's my choice if I wish to substitute. Now how about a 12 string version?

Ideal

I have bought several sets to replace worn out ones on a tele, strat and with appropriate tops for a 335. Restored the playability of the guitars, whilst having the proper period look.
