Quality product but not lightweight.
Bought this for my 12 year old daughter for a school trip. Great comfort and insulation but it doesn't pack down very small (remains full width) and my daughter was struggling to fully roll it up and expel the air. Nice elasticated straps and carry bag though.

Okay-ish
Unable to tighten sufficiently to stop light rotating around handlebar. Velcro strap ripped apart at seam where the hooks section met the loops section trying to prevent movement. Fortunately I had a spare.
You are better off mounting your light hanging under the handlebar. Even then, bumps will cause light to move.
