Great tool to add to your climbing kit
Fantastic when your in a tight spot and cant grab the end of your rope, you can also grab light tree branches if they are out of reach after cutting. Be careful with it though as my last one got caught up and bent (i did have it for about 2 years though so not to bad). Reaches out further than you expect so its a handy piece of tree surgery kit.

Dont waste your money
This winch is very bad quality and not fit for purpose, I bought it to winch out a small shrub in my garden and i tried to do it today, First of all the cable stay bracket broke off, then when you pull out the wire it comes off the spool every time. The worst thing is when you get it tensioned up you cant un-tension it with the release lever at all. So i ended up with it winched up to tension and i couldnt do anything with it. In the end i had to cut the strap that was on the shrub to de-tension it. Absolute rubbish. Spend a little more and get a Clarke one

Worked at first........
Worked on testing when it arrived but it just wont fill up from the lighter fluid can.
