Knee pain... Joint pain... PLANTAR FASCIITIS
1kg bag £30... Cheap and clean.
Had bad knee, joint pain - weak knees on stairs, lifting, bending etc... This is also applicable to Plantar Fasciitis.. Ouch
2 tablespoons a day mixed with fizzy spring water and lemon juice for vitC - I've been on it a week now, combined with exercise, skipping - squats - box step ups - calf raisers... body weight and with dumbbells. And the pain seems to be reduced and mobility has definitely improved... Try it, for £30 it's worth ago... T
