USEFULL TOOL PITY NOT AS DESCRIBED BY SELLER
I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT BELIEVING IT TO HAVE AN ANSWER PHONE, HOWEVER IF IT HAS THEN I HAVE NOT FOUND OUT HOW TO USE IT DUE TO POOR INSTRUCTION MANUAL. HAVING SAID THIS EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT IT WORKS EXTREMELY WELL AND IS AN IMPROVEMENT ON THE PHONE SYSTEM IT HAS REPLACED. SHAME ABOUT THE MANUAL AND INOPERABLE ANSWER PHONE.

maybe she is too old
As the title says the collar has had very little effect but rather than blame the product it is perhaps the fact that as a nine year old rescue dog she is too old to benefit.
