Rusty filter

The filter I purchased for $9.99 was rusty and the 2 small gaskets were missing from the package.

Meter not accurate

The condition was described as new with box. But when installed the meter read 14.8 volts when connected to a 12 volt battery. Which was double checked with 2 other Digital VOM and was exactly 12.2 volts. And there is no adjustment available to recalibrate the meter.
