  Sadly this item arrived broken. It is the second time that I have received a badly packaged item from a Charity that is totally smashed.. Why is it that they seem unable to pack something in a more suitable way. Packing a china ornament just wrapped in bubble wrap and stuck in a plastic bag marked 'fragile' shows a total lack of concern. I was looking forward to this but now it is in the bin, very disappointing.I am not asking for a refund as this item was sold in aid of a Dogs Charity.
