Does the job!

It keeps my i7 6700 (non K) cool under full load in ambient temperature and does not make too much noise.

Not exactly quiet but not too loud either. Can cool i7 at lower speeds too.

It's not quiet, but it is not as loud as I expected compared to my other 1U coolers. It performs well and keeps my i7 6700 cool under full load without running at full speed at ambient temperatures. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good 1U cooler.
