Earbuds

The sound quality is very good. They are comfortable and easy to use. They connect easily. I have only had them a couple of weeks, but the connection cuts out occasionally. It is not terrible but a bit annoying. I do not have this issue with any of my other earbuds. If I were paying new price I would be pretty annoyed. These are used and perhaps they are defective.

Wonderful sounds

I own two of these and the newer XM 4 as well. The XM 3 is terrific. To Sony’s credit all are very musical. Because of the new Xm 4 the XM 3 is available at a very low price. I don’t feel the XM 3 is a compromise. If the XM 4 is a little better, and i think it is, the difference is between levels of excellence. The XM 3 is well made and has wonderful feel. It pairs easily and works flawlessly, aided by Sony’s icon. To me, a decades longHi-Fi fan, only one thing matters, the sound. Measurements are fun and interesting but does the equipment produce sounds that move you. The XM 3 does that, now at a highly affordable price. I love it.

Terrific sound

Cambridge Audio makes excellent products at reasonable prices. In particular, their earbuds are all musical, comfortable to wear and easy to use.
