  Seller sent the wrong item and communication was very poor. Initially said they were on holiday and would sort it on return, but after several follow-ups I heard nothing for days. Eventually told me they couldn’t find the correct item and asked me to return, but never provided a label despite repeated requests. In the end, eBay had to step in to provide a label and handle the return. Very disappointing experience.
