Perfect positioning for shorter legs
I upgraded earlier this summer to a Road Glide Ultra, but didn't think of the effect the lowers would have on the positioning of my highway pegs. I just couldn't turn them in enough for me to reach with the lowers on. So I started looking for other options. I came across these floorboard mounting pegs and I knew it would put the pegs in the perfect position for me. They do not advertise this mounting system to work on bikes with lowers, but it will work with minor modifications. One bolt will have to be trimmed so it doesn't hit the lower at the front of the floorboard.
