Better than the original
This was a replacement part for the original which snapped. I am delighted to report that it is actually better than the original. With it's two tone colour scheme it looks better but more importantly the rubber seal on the bottom is much more effective than the original, providing a better seal when locked in place and staying attached to the paddle. The one that came with the machine very quickly came detached from the paddle.

15 of 15 found this helpful I bought this SNS because I wanted the best on the market and it probably is. The lane guidance is a great new feature and pops up when you're close to your junction exactly as pictured. However, this is generally a motorway feature that won't help you get in the right lane in city driving where there are multiple lanes. I could be wrong but it didn't activate when I was driving in the Greater Manchester area. You don't need a mobile phone connection or traffic receiver to connect to live services, it is built in and has bluetooth technology for making and receiving calls via your mobile.
If you've owned TomTom's before you may be disappointed that there are some things you can't do on this model. For instance, you can't add and remove files like music and pictures from your PC or operate the device on your PC as everything is done from the "my TomTom" webpage or direct to your device.
Another useful feature when you're driving is the voice activated instructions. It works quite well but like all gizmo's with voice activated functions it can be a bit frustrating at times when it doesn't undertstand what you believed were clear instructions and can prove to be slower than typing in the instructions manually.
Reporting map corrections is easier than on older models I've had as you can handle them instantly while you're driving down a road that doesn't exist or a road that's blocked off etc.
All in all it's a superb device and the 5" inch screen's a bonus. I give it top marks.

Quality Shirt
I've bought 5 of these shirts now. 1 at first to see how it was and then the other 4 in different colours. Make sure when buying that you check the size guide as i had to order 2 sizes bigger than with my usual supplier. The good news is that they do do really big sizes and the shirts don't shrink in the wash or lose their colour. A little bit pricey compared to some shirts on eBay, especially with the postage coming from Germany, but at least you won't end up with a shirt that would only fit Action Man and stain everything different colours in the wash.
