Great product for the price.

Love this product!
3 of 3 found this helpful I have noticed a definite improvement in my quality of sleep since I started taking this. I workout a lot and I noticed that I sleep deeper and my body has recovered more when I woke vs sleep when I don't use GABA.
The most interesting thing to me is that this supplement doesn't knock you out, I don't feel sleepy although when I do sleep, it's good quality sleep.
