  Arrived on time, and product was as described. The item listed a separate price and postage cost. This makes it difficult (and somewhat deceptive) to compare the product cost with other supplies of the same product, but those others offering "Free Postage". (yes I know the "Free postage" is incorporated in the cost, but it is deceptive for I clicked on this supplier in the list for it was "cheaper" only to discover it is actually same/more cost when the postage later gets added in.)

  I had a bit of trouble communicating with this Seller, it went on for about a week & finally got a refund as the item was not as described. Asking for photos & detailed descriptions of the problem is a pain when English is not their first language.... but we got there eventually. No hard feelings. Even so, it doesn't feel right giving a 5 star rating after all the drama, but i will give them benefit of the doubt & hopefully they can correct their advertisement & learn from the experience.
