A good investment

I bought this book as the later versions did not contain the full nutritional breakdown. As a gym instructor and personal trainer, this book is very handy and although it may be over 10 years old, the concept and fundamentals remain the same and you can add variety to the diet and menu plan. A good investment.

Very good quality at a reasonable price

This part is as good as, if not better than the Ford part. Easy to fit and half the price of a genuine ford part, especially if you don't want to keep the car for ages or is a high mileage/old car and you don't want to spend loads but require a decent part with piece of mind.

Great Bargain

I bought this as I could not afford a brand new model and wanted a basic ipod for my shed. For the price, the ipod is like new, and came complete with earphones. It was well packaged with plastic cling type film on the front and back. Great product if you're on a tight budget and don't want to spend loads on a new model especially if it's for outdoor regular use. You can connect it to the apple store too and it will convert to apple or windows, depending on which system you're using.
