Dangerous - DO NOT BUY
1 of 3 found this helpful Looks nice but quickly developed a fault which nearly burned the place down.
I tried to turn the flame down and back up again, the knob jams and sometimes dumps gas in all directions with wild leaping flames, the only solution is to turn the gas off at the supply and reach for a fire extingisher.
THIS UNIT IS WHOLLY UNSAFE See picture below

HTC Wildfire
I needed a smartphone for my business & opted for a non apple Android even though it offers less apps as I refuse to be caged in by Apple or Blackberry (even though Blackberry security is awesome), my requirement was to improve my personal management via the GTD David Allen's process specifically - no room for a toy.
The phone is super, light stable and ties up with Google services in a way I could never have imagined, by using Todledo and its Android client I manage my endless list of work and play items better than I could have ever dreamed, all my contacts are on Google mail, my files are saved in the 'Cloud', setup was a breeze, Criticisms would be that it does eat the battery if you leave the bluutooth, wireless & especially GPS on but all GPS systems eat power so invest in extra chargers for wherever you may be just in case.
Android Market sucks for service - they do not load all the latest ROM fingerprints so if you have a new phone they will block you from downloading copy protected apps and refuse to help so I use SlideMe and a few others instead.
The screen and interface I cannot fault it comes loaded with apps and I have added extra like one for learning Chinese, size wise in its case its perfect for the pocket Vs size to use, its is not possible to express how good it is without pictures or a video suffice to say if you need a business smartphone - save some money get an Android make it a HTC and you will probably be delighted.
I read a lot and the HTC desire or Wildfire are both super if you want a serious phone without blowing the budget, I bought mine on eBay from someone who got a new phone as part of his contract and feel it was a bargain.
