  This seller is very rude does not know how to talk to a customer. Never mentioned that he did not have the screen suction mount which should have come with this device. Avoid buying from this seller.

  A full refund has been agreed, but have not received the tom tom back ? Ebay have taken the money back and refunded you, i have been selling on Ebay for a very long time, and had no problems what so ever, i find your feedback very strange.
