X2 BELL 100W BC CROWN SILVER TOP 100 WATT BAYONET CAP MADE BY BELL bulb

Poor product for ceiling light
The first bulb blew after a week. The second started to blacken, so I've given up and gone back to a regular bulb. It was in a suspended ceiling light which can be raised and lowered over the kitchen dining table. Maybe it would work better in a lamp which is more horizontal. I concluded that with the bulb pointing down, the reflector was causing it to heat up too much. At any rate, it didn't work for me.
Genuine Zanussi Dishwasher Detergent Tablet Dispenser

Saved the machine!
At 13 years old, we were sanguine about replacing the dishwasher when the dosing module failed. Then I discovered I could buy a new one. Then I discovered how the old machine comes apart , (very easy) then I discovered that (a) it’s best to isolate the mains and (b) there’s nothing wrong with the main RCD unit at home! Anyway, got it all sorted and back together and I’m delighted. That machine could be occupying a hole in the ground instead of continuing to wash our dishes! Very worthwhile, despite the shock! (NB For info, there was no need whatsoever to dismantle the electrical part of the machine but I was simply curious!)
