    3 days after purchase I had to contact the seller as I had no tracking number for the item. He phoned me back the same day explaining that they were having problems with finding a courier and apologised. The next day I received another call and a tracking number of a courier. The item arrived slightly more damaged than how it was shown on the advertised.

    Great value and a great bike! Very solid, with many adjustable parts. I'd recommend getting an ex- commercial bike over a new inferior model any day. A few signs of past use, as per described by the seller. It was well packed and arrived promptly. I had a few questions before purchasing, and the seller always responded quickly and helpfully.     Advertised as well maintained and clean but was not. Missing a foot stabilizer as well. Computer was broken. I asked for shipping confirmation and it was never received. A replacement foot pod was finally shipped but in a paper envelope which of course tore open so after waiting all that time I received a torn envelope only. Disappointed for such an expensive purchase.
