A++ seller, When I received the EKG machine that I purchased without the cart, I contacted the seller about it. He promptly contacted me via email and phone. He Apologized and explained that he used a generic listing and that he was not aware that it included the cart. He offered to ship the cart or refund the money and even offered to allow me to keep the EKG. We then agreed on shipping the cart which he did despite the high shipping cost. I appreciate the sellers honesty & Fast resolution. A++
