  These were described as "NEW" yet not sent in original packaging nor any paperwork. Also these have been installed previously (as marking and dust shows). However they all work ok using the ledset i/f . I have not tested the dali i/f though. Price is ok for a used unit, but £12 postage is excessive considering they (4 off) were put in same size envelope for one unit.

  These are NEW individually sold units, supplied from a factory box with 24 units per box. As they are sold in individual numbers they are therefore taken from an opened factory outer box and placed in generic smaller packaging to suit the order size ( often reappropriated cardboard ). Depending on how long between ebay sales will determine how much storage dust is encountered. I have now included a photo in the listing of the factory outer carton showing that they are supplied new in boxes of 24

  As I am unable to edit the previous feedback I will add the following:- The seller has clarified, with photos, that the units were supplied from a bulk shipment so please disregard any feedback questioning the NEW status. Might be helpful in future to list such items as "New Other" with an explanation. Good elsewise.
