Read the small print!
1 of 2 found this helpful The cartridge gave up after printing three sheets of paper so I contacted them and was curtly told I should have read the slip of paper in the envelope that advised due to it being a recycled product this would happen and I needed to mess about with my printer to make it stop producing the warning light. Admittedly I didn't read the slip of paper prior to changing the cartridge but there was no warning of this prior to purchase. I was told outright that there was nothing wrong with the product and it didn't required replacing end of conversation. Not tried it again as paid full price for genuine article as needed my printer to work so can't confirm if response was correct albeit abrupt.
