Pay attention to the fine print
I could not use this product without the doorbell. I assumed the picture of the doorbell on the box came with the product but later discovered the doorbell was an accessory. My mistake. I should have paid more attention to the fine print.
It is new, It is a good value. it is of good quality. No doorbell. I purchased this product but have not used it.

good quality, great price!
Awesome product if you want a stationary miter saw stand.Very easy to assemble and seems sturdy. I put my 12 inch Craftsman miter saw on it and the fit was perfect. Only issue I had with the 12 inch saw was installing a little longer bolt on the corners for mounting. Price was awesome compared to other stands.
