the wording of the advertisement was very misleading
pros, good for a small, light weight instrument such as a ukulele, violin or mandolin, and good value for money, well made sturdy for the above mentioned instruments, and a nice easy portable light weight. Cons it is not stable to support a guitar or bass, and should only be advertised, for the instruments which i have listed. I am very disapointed by the mis leading description and have given them to friends who both play ukulele

aquila baritone ukulele strings from hobgoblin music
I always use Aquila strings on all my ukuleles, they are, by far the best strings on the market, and the price is very reasonable. There never appears to be any wear on these stings, they just keep on playing so well. As for Hobgoblin Music, it has to be said they are probably the best people to purchase music equipment from, completely dependable and reliable, a great company to deal with. Congratulations Hobgoblin!!

Light weight, less tension on the neck, great value, great sound all round winner
great value, this is the third set I've ordered, fantastic sound the "touch" of these strings is fantastic, so smoothe and comfortable. I was brought up playing flats in the very early 60's, they were the only strings available then until someone brought out those dreadful round wounds that goodness flats have now caught on and their popularity seems to be growing' I now have three of my basses on flats and will continue to resring the rest of my arsenal with them. Congratulations OLYMPIA you're onto a winner
