Doesn't quite fit
The original LCD has a cover over it. That cover has to be removed from the original LCD and moved to the new one. Just one problem it doesn’t fit on the new LCD. The new LCD has a gasket around the edge. I had to remove it to get the cover to go on but it still wouldn’t quite fit. Originally I had put it all back together without moving the cover and when I turned it on the contrast of the picture was mostly gray. Then I realized I missed the cover.
Anyway I ended up having to squeeze the front and rear covers together to put the screws in. by this time I had finger prints all over the inside of the display cover and the new display. I tried to clean it up but my kitchen counter isn’t a clean room?
I hope you have better luck. It did fix the camera as I had some lines and the left edge was a wide white strip masking several on screen icons.

It’s miraculous. Put hot water in one hose cold water in the other hose and get warm water out the end. It’s a miracle.
