This was simply pop out the old pop in the new worked flawlessly when I cabled in my iPhone 12. Note: Remember to update your stereo to Sync 3. I then purchased a cplay2air to make it wireless. AWESOME!!!! (note...I did this myself in about 10 minutes.)
