Is it really a GENUINE Samsung Battery?
1 of 1 found this helpful Since the first day I tried to charge the battery it took much longer than the original battery that came with my phone, almost twice as much.
I charged it with different adaptors but always got the same results. When I informed the seller, at first she was very cooperative but then, she disappeared completely ignoring my messages. In any case, I was able to receive a partial refund from PayPal.
To be fair, the NFC function seems to work and once the battery is fully charge it works OK, so it’s hard to tell whether it’s fake or just a defective genuine product.
Overall the quality of the battery is much better than the quality of the customer service provided by the seller, but be aware because it’s a lottery and while some people say it works well, others say that it doesn’t, and if that is the case don’t expect much from the seller.
