  This buyer was issued a return request in a timely manner. We communicated with buyer as soon as a return request was issue of the item. After buyer still claimed that item did not pair, we issued a return label. After issuing a return label in a timely manner, buyer left a negative feedback. That is not right. We purchase a lot of items on EBay ourselves. A time needs to be given to issue a return label and not letting a negative feedback be left for a seller right away.
