  i cant fault the seller even though the item did not arrive on time it was not his fault the post had lost it ,contact with the seller showed it had been picked up but from here the post had misplaced it ,the seller arranged to send a replacement out but luckily i was able to tell him dont as the parcel turned up later ,very happy with this seller and will use again ,its the post who messed up

  I order quite a bit off Ebay and other websites and it's really easy to bash a seller or company when things don't go to plan.... I Orderd off guyfrancis ( this seller) and I wasn't 100% happy with the product. And the customer service off them has been impeccable! Good communication, rectified my issue and polite throughout.
