Light weight
A jump ring made of 9ct gold is a fairly standard product in the jewellery repair trade and usually strong enough to carry items weighing maybe 10 gram pendants. This jump-ring however, in spite of the advertising photo graphs showing a fairly heavy duty thickness is in actual fact made of a really thin wire, capable of carrying items no more than one or two grams due to the thinness. I would certainly advice against using anything heavier on it. It could be regarded as a sly way of being cheated by the seller
