THERE ARE BETTER BASSES FOR THE MONEY
I had a gorgeous top-of-the-line American-made Peavey Cirrus 5-string, but
when I compared it to my other basses, it was easily out-performed..... having
very-limited versatility in the TONE department.
I feel that all of the Peavey basses while being okay, are over-rated.
The Peavey Cirrus I had was the American-made model, NOT the BXP, I won't be looking to acquire any more Peavey basses.

KEEP YOUR STRINGS IN LINE
I had strings that just kept popping off the nut.
This kept them all in line & showed them who's boss.

It's a shame that they've stopped making them.
Buy one if you can find it in good condition.
