decent performance
I use a small SSD as my system drive, considered one of these to replace/extend. It is perceptibly slower (for reading) in that role. Benchmarks indicate it is also about 1/2 as fast as a late-model Seagate hybrid drive (at 7200 rpm). Two of these in a RAID0 config would probably about equal performance of SSD for read, (exceeding the write performance).

Works ok, but still has a definite lag.
OK for audio applications, but the lag I experienced made the TV program unwatchable.

Not worth a nickel.
I got a "refurbished" model that may have been a return.
CD player only worked sporadically. CD record to USB didn't work.
MP3 play worked ok.
