Great aerobics-style workouts for a low price

I like the videos - they're fun. A little tough at first (to learn the choreography) but a good workout. You get out of it what you put into it. The teacher has a good personality and lots of energy. She's likable. If you like aerobics classes, I recommend it. You don't need any special equipment to do these workouts.

Quiet and very effective

We have this in our bedroom. It really keeps the room feeling light and fresh - never feels like it needs to be "aired out". It's quiet and seems to be doing an excellent job. I would buy it again.
