Good camera as a compact alternative to a DSLR
1 of 1 found this helpful Great little camera with lots of DSLR features and a fast lens. I bought this instead of the alternatives because I wanted a camera that could shoot RAW, had a view finder (for use in bright light) and gave me the same control over the image exposure as I would have with a DSLR. The competitors did not have a view finder which was decisive.
The focusing is fast, a problem with most of the competitors.
It is a solid camera, quiet heavy for its size, and appears to be well made.

Good, and better if set up properly

Great quality - amazing for the price
These are amazing quality binoculars - to get anything like the performance from another brand you would need to pay 2 to 3 times as much, may be more.
As a photographer, I am sensitive to chromatic aberrations and these Pentax binoculars minimise this.
The image is bright and sharply focused across the field of view. Ideal for viewing wildlife as they are compact and light.
