seller claimed they checked all figures for damage before I placed a bid, when I received the items some of them was very damaged. Tried to talk to the seller and resolve the problem and I sent them pictures of what I received but they tried to tell me that the pictures wasn’t the same, even though you could see clearly that they was, as other features could be made out in both photos. As usual they place the blame on the buyer because they can get away with it, very dishonest seller !

This buyer tried to scam me for £10-15; just as he did with a pervious seller - see his feedback (though +ve?) -claiming some lego was broken when he'd swapped pieces around - and then quickly became abusive when I refused to play his game. Shame really, and puts me off using ebay. I hope he's learnt a lesson.

Seems a good phone with one major drawback

For me anyway. If a message is left an icon appears on the handset screen, which is very difficult to see especially where my phone is situated, in a darkish recess. I'd have to pick up the phone every time to check for new messages. So I bought a BT phone in the sales and it has a flashing light and (bit over the top) a beeper for when a new message is received, so messages can be picked up straightaway.
