Great read for children!
I wanted something different than the regular nursery rhymes to read to my son. The poems are long and wonderful to read.

It works buuuuuut.....
I bought it for a heavy camera, The Galaxy SII Camera, not phone, and its pretty heavy. I can adjust it upright and it holds well, but I can't play around with angles or else the camera falls over. I don't see a problem using this with any other lighter camera or phone, so don't be afraid to purchase! I like the attachment it comes with, as it was the only reason I bought this in this listing because others did not specify if it had it or not.
This serves as plenty alternative to tripods if you can attach a hook to places the flexible legs can't grab onto, that's one option. It serves as a better ways to have close-ups without having a traditional tripod take up your walking space.

Cuter than the picture!
I wish I had taken a picture of it myself, but it was a gift and I totally forgot to take it!
It's very long, feels sturdy, and I like you can fold it how you want: rolled up, folded in half, or 3-4 folds and I'm taking about WITH the pencils. You need to get used to folding it because it feels weird at first, my guess you need to break in the fabric a bit. I purchased Marco Raffine 7100-72CB- 72 Color Drawing Pencils, and I took em out the box and inserted them in the case. So cute!
