Cost saving
Replacement motor was over $500.00. Direct fit replacement, same part numbers on motor, 1/4 the cost. Know brainer.

Just like new
This is the same as the one that came on the case brand new. Could not be happier.

Proximity sensor useage
Have used this type and other rectanglar sensors for years. When they go bad, chunk them not repairable.
