Much better then traiditional infusers
This is very good tea infuser. Simple, fits most cup and mug sizes, and the cap really keeps the tea hot if you wish to use this whilst steeping the leaves. The metal seems to be quite thin and discolours after a while. I doubt the metal is of a high quality (I am not a metallurgist) but it is fine to make a cup of tea. I would buy again.

Good Simple Tool
Does exactly as you would expect. Does not feel particularly durable, but for the price it is great value. I use it irregularly in my back yard and it is perfect, and would happily buy another. Maybe not for day to day use but if you want something tougher, it will be easy to pay a lot more. For where it is targeted, I think it is very good value.

Great Design but Lacking Quality
Really like the design if this product in general. A little different to other rain gauges. The long slender design, very clear plastic and easy to read measurements are really appealing. Easy to attach to a post also.
Negatives - The grey plastic spike on the bottom is not securely connected to the plastic unit that catches the rain. 4 days in row I found the rain gauge (after wind & rain) lying in the ground with the plastic spike detached and no rain measurement for the last 24hrs. The unit is connected to a post in a large open backyard. Maybe it was a bird, maybe it was the very strong wind, but the plastic spike should not disconnect just by falling onto some soft grass. The attachment mechanism is of a poor design. If a bird or strong wind can detach the unit, maybe a small deign change would be useful to secure the unit a little better.
Also, the plastic container slots into a hole in a nice U piece of what looks like stainless steel. This can be screwed to a post with 2 supplied screws. Easy. Looks good and is a simple design. After 14 days I can see rust spots starting appear on the steel. This is a terrible indication of the quality of materials used. Was hoping I would have a nice looking rain gauge for many years to come. I live about 5 min from the ocean, but 14 days is a very short time. Really surprised and disappointed how quickly these rust spots have appeared.
I guess you get what you pay for. The item was inexpensive, and looked good value. Probably still is but I would gladly pay more for something identical with a little more focus on quality and durability.
