bad after sales
this heater was supplied with a controller but no instructions on its use despite very polite requests from the supplier for a set of instructions,they have twice supplied via e mail two sets of instructions for different controllers, i have asked once again for either a set of instructions for this cats paw controller or another rotary controller with instructions,i await their response, if neither is forthcoming i will have to reject this heater,which is very unfortunate as it is fully installed

absolute nightmare the tails were not made for british standard plumbing.and the waste fitting was so poorly moulded it would not stop leaking
