Experienced Fastbake User makes excellent bread, but fault will develop that can't be fixed.
This has 3 stars because it does exactly what I expected.
This is the 2nd Fastbake from Morphy Richards I have bought. I use it at least once a week, it makes very good bread, but after using one for over 5 years I do have a lot of experience in using it and I therefore know how to get excellent quality bread from it, which is why I bought the same one rather than another make. The problem with the previous one is that the belt stretches after about 4 years and consequently jumps when in use making a lot of noise. I expect this one to do the same. It can be replaced but the whole breadmaker needs to be dismantled, internet estimates its a 3 hour job. I would have thought it would be easy for Morphy Richards to have a removable panel to access the belt but I suppose from Morphy Richards point of view why bother, customer will buy another machine.
