Compact retractable tape measure
A compact 2 inch diameter retractable tape measure. Great size to keep in your knitting or handbag. Tape has a 60 inch/150cms plus your 2 inch case maximum measuring length. Press button for a quick glide retractable action. Pull the tape out to your desired length and the tape stays in place until you retract it which is so convenient. Tape sits happily in the palm of your hand leaving you free to make adjustments to garments etc without having to continually drop and pick up the tape for remeasuring. The tape itself is soft and if you pinch it it holds its mark for long enough to move your reading across but then smooths out. Smooth and comfortable case to hold in white with a cute panda figure for decoration. To sum up this is a quality, sturdy and comfortable compact tape measure to use which I highly recommend.

Best coloured pencils
Im not an artist but like the adult colouring books. Irojiten are a waxed based colour and lay down very well indeed. You can build up your depth of colour. No streaking. No colour residue to risk spoiling your work. Nice pencil to hold. Sharpen without breaking. Good colour fastness. 90 pencils in total with a good choice of colours, some fluorescent. My other pencils are the old Karisma (now Prismacolour), Inktense and a Staedler set and I much prefer these. You wouldnt be disappointed in the Irojiten pencils.

It does what it says on the tin
1 of 1 found this helpful I have been using Jointplus for over three years now, rather than tablet form pain relief which can irritate the stomach lining. I have used Jointplus on a weekly basis primarily for knee arthritis and arthritis flare-ups in other joints such as thumb, elbow and shoulder joints. I recently used Jointplus for a trapped nerve in my neck and found it invaluable for pain relief to allow me to continue working pain free. Jointplus is a gel which absorbs easily into the skin and for me has caused no skin irritation whatsoever. It has a pleasant smell, so there's no heavy pungent odour following you around as with some rub-on pain creams/gels. I have shared my Jointplus with a number of other family and friends, a welder with back pain, female for period pain, another with plantar fasciitis and all had pain-free results from using Jointplus. I would happily recommend trying this pain relief gel.
