This is functional and 'does what it says on the tin'!
This item is flimsy but was very cheap so what do you expect at this price. It was bought for an elderly, disabled person so that he could put his telephone on the top section and keep remote control, pens, puzzle book etc close at hand.

Good product design but poor components.
1 of 2 found this helpful The casing appears to be strong enough but the 'loops' that attach the line to the hooks and the cleats that hold the line in place are all flimsy plastic acomponents nd I wonder how long they are going to last. The actual line doesn't apper to be particularly robust either. It's good to have the benefit of the extra length of washing line with the dual reels. My previous retractable line has lasted approx 30 years and the only problem is that the circular cleat has sheared off the housing but I'm not sure that this product will stand the test of time in the same way. In short, good product but poor components.

Not as good as Woodlock Oil
It doesn't appear to be as effective for muscular pain as Woodlock Oil but as it was a little cheaper I thought it was worth trying. Will get Woodlock Oil next time.
