Locked and hopeless

Cosmetically the board arrived in good shape and was wrapped and shipped very professionally but all of those things become irrelevant when you receive a board with a locked bios and all boot options disabled very angry and disappointed that board was sold to me with a password i dont know on the bios and clearing the battery and trying to use the on board jumper contact pads does not work its hopeless
