Forget expensive brand named bbq gloves!
These gloves are amazing for BBQ. I can't attest to their quality as a glove for anything work related but they're perfect when searing meat on high heat or pouring out your charcoal from a pipe starter.
They're very comfortable, protect your hands almost up to your elbows and are extremely heat resistant. They allow you to work over extremely hot embers for long periods of time. They do numb some tactile feedback but it's not like you need to bust out a record score on snake with these. They don't hinder using tongs or spatulas and even a meat probe stays in your hand with these.
These are also perfect for lifting a wrapped hunk of meat out of the bbq without losing your fingerprints. Before this I often used tongs only to tear the foil and lose that precious meat juice, diminishing the quantity of my gravy.
Best of all is the price, if you're like me and often forget to clean your equipment after your last session of the year, you may find these gloves in a moldy state the following summer. That's when you put a new pair (or 2 like I did this year) on order and try to manage without for the first grilling session.

Great tool for a DIY yamaha owner
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this product to check that the engine hours are inline with what the seller told me. The engine I used this on is a Selva 115 Tarpon, which is a Yamaha F115AET with white paint on the cowling and Selva stickers on it.
Installation of software: The installation procedure is simple enough as long as you follow the instructions provided on the cd to the letter. The fiddlies step for many will be setting the COM port of the OBD adapter, but there is a seperate instruction on the CD for doing with print screens of all the steps. Remember to also install the database once you have the YDS software running.
Operation: After the installation was completed, the rest was pretty much plug and play. I hooked up the cables to the laptop, set the ignition key to the ON position and powered up the YDIS software. The program found the outboard straight away and began displaying active sensor information, fault codes and engine data. No issues at all. The most challanging part was finding the diagnostic port on the outboard, turns out it was underneath the fuse box cover.¨
The product is clearly high quality and manufactured professionally. The software package provided was complete with clear instructaions on how to operate it. I highly recomend this product!
