  Could not rate this seller any higher. One item in the box was broken (likely by the courier drop kicking the box!) They replied within minutes of me contacting them and send a replacement out which arrived safely 3 days later.. and was packaged within an inch of its life!   It came as described - i.e. the box was damaged, and had, obviously, been opened previously. However, the iron works perfectly, which is the main thing! One minor point is that there were no operating instructions enclosed in the box, but they were easily downloaded from the internet.
