arrived safely. .we had a small problem, which was sorted quickly. .courier left it at a safe place but never told me. the item itself is perfect, large ornate just what i was after, the seller described it perfect. the transaction was great. being a silver smith for 37 years. this silver plate tray is going to sparkle. i would recommend this seller to all on ebay. good honest seller, just what ebay strives for. and this seller is on my watch list?. hope he gets some more items i can bid on. For some reason it took a long time to arrive. The brace was well boxed and appeared new. However I've had to immediately wash it as it smelled of very very cheap fragrance or even public toilet freshener. I guess it was smelly before sale so the seller doused it in this awful stuff. Please, in future don't do it! I have refrained from neutral feedback as the brace is otherwise as described.

I would never do this. I sell lot's of parfume so the item may have easily come in contact with them. As the buyer mentioned item was as described. The item came in the delivery time window and the buyer would be aware of this, so I think the buyer has had a bad day or just in general negative.

I now understand the seller didn't spray the leg brace, but it had been stored next to some perfume that is part of the sellers stock. I cannot change the fact that the smell was very unpleasant, but I apologise for suggesting it was deliberate.
