Great book

If you follow the instructions in the book I can assure you that you will loose 10 lbs in 10 days just like the author said. I have tried it before. I enjoy most of the receipts. To be totally honest, I probably already bought about 5 copies already for myself, family and friends. It is a great book. I highly recommend it.
