1 of 1 found this helpful Printer is good value for money. It is difficult to set up with windows 10. Intially it did not print in color from windows 10 pc. I had to uninstall the printer then had to follow hp thread to fix the problem which seems to quite common problem with this printer line.
On positive note printer's compatibilty with instant ink is a huge plus. If you sign up for instant ink plan then you would not have deal with dry cartridges or worry about running out of ink and in long run it would save money. My first instant ink cartridges arrived before ink ran out so on that front hp has done good work with these printers and instant ink.
Hp needs to sort out this printers not printing in colour in windows 10 setup so the customers don't get frustrated as majority of people are not computer nerds and they would want technology to work without any glitches. Overall I am satisfied with this product and I would recommend it freely. Instant ink a huge plus.
