Very poor quality product

This is absolutely bad quality product. Got it with spitted cream all over inside the packing.first itself got a bad impression. Followed all the procedure same as indicated, but the result was poor. After one wash it look the same as my normal hair. No difference felt after using the product. Not at all with for even £1.
